this is a provision to sort enquiry datewise, country wise, client name, telephone number, email ..as well as sort ascending or descending records . Users get a full overview on all dialogue with the contacts: who talked to whom about what and when to follow up.

here you can view the task assigned by me or assigned to me or created by me.. view all dialogue with the contacts: who talked to whom about what and when to follow up.
Here person can assign task himself or to others, put due date and also if any expenditure happen for travelling to client place or loading he/she can fill voucher from here only that during this task (like meeting or ids call) this much was the cost..
Also we have voucher/Expenses approval

Here you can see approval level ..1st level where user create voucher and his senior person put remark and approve the amount and last 3rd person finally approve the voucher..
Quotation
At the time if we change the stage to quotation or we click finalize it goes to quotation state were quotation is created ..

Quotation Page : Initially you can see enquiry without quotation ID, means till now we have not submit any quotation to client..and we can sort quotation by date, completed or pending ..

2nd page is Product description
In this page you have to fill up amc, Amc Type like: Comprehensive/ non-comprehensive
Select discount/ tax/ additional tax: Individual / overall / none
Select service type: one time/ monthly/ Quarterly/ half-yearly / yearly etc
After that select you have to apply for this by click on button after that tax discount applicable for product
Then you have fill up rate of product, ITC cost, discount, tax, additional tax
After Filled data click on Update button & then you see data in below table
Again you can edit / delete this data
Then you have to add service tax
Here you can enter service tax Percentage
After enter service tax Click on update
Here you see quotation code, Grand total of product, create date
You click on Create Sales Order
After click on this link you go to sales order page


In this page of sales order there is a 4 page 1st sales order 2nd Description 3rd Total 4th other
The 1st page Sales Order
You have to fill this form Date, quotation no, invoice type, ware house, expire date, dispatch date information here you can edit delete update information.
You can also add information via find button
Sales Order

In description you can see Main category of product, item name, quantity,
Total cost amount, Total tax, total amount edit/delete add discount,
Tax amount the product which is inserted.
In this other page you fill the Packing Information, Payment terms of Product, Delivery, Document, & signature date.
After Sales order create you have to Create DC
You go through Sales/Back office à Create DC

Here you can search by pending / History or by date
After enter data & click on search you see following table
Here you can see sales order no, date
Here you click on Create DC button for creation of dc

This is the Delivery Challan there is 3 pages 1st DC Details 2nd Description 3rd is Total
This is the 1st page DC Details here fill Customer, Invoice type, Waybill no,
Party P.O. no., date, order no Order date, entry, Dispatch date form etc.
DC Return (if required we have DC Return also)
